CARTOMANZIA GRATIS NEWSIl presidente francese, Emmanuel Macron, ha nominato Gabriel Attal, finora ministro dell’Educazione, nuovo primo ministro al posto di Elisabeth Borne. E’ la prima mossa dell’annunciato rimpasto con il quale il presidente intende rilanciare il suo mandato. Attal, 34 anni, ha cominciato il suo cammino in politica nella gauche, con il Partito socialista, poi è diventato uno dei fedelissimi di Macron ed ha ottenuto ottimi risultati, anche di popolarità, prima come portavoce del governo, poi come ministro. La Borne, 62 anni, si era dimessa ieri dopo un colloquio di un’ora all’Eliseo con Macron. Emmanuel Macron è in cerca di un «nuovo slancio», in un secondo mandato che fatica a trovare una direzione. Macron deve rinsaldare i legami di una maggioranza di governo apparsa divisa e sfilacciata nell’ultima prova, quella del varo della legge sull’immigrazione, quando un deputato macronista su quattro ha votato contro. Nel totonomi per il nuovo premier il favorito è Gabriel Attal, 34 anni, pupillo di Macron e da pochi mesi al ministero dell’Istruzione da dove ha lanciato molte riforme, dal divieto della tunica islamica abaya al ritorno della bocciatura. Se Attal diventasse capo del governo, sarebbe il più giovane premier nella storia della Repubblica francese, battendo il record di Laurent Fabius nominato a 37 anni nel 1984. Attal è anche uno dei pochi politici francesi ad aver parlato senza tabù della sua omosessualità. Popolare nei sondaggi Attal è arrivato all’Istruzione nel luglio scorso, dopo essere stato in precedenza ministro dei Conti pubblici. Proveniente dal partito socialista, durante il primo quinquennio Macron è stato Segretario di Stato per la Gioventù conquistandosi una breve notorietà in Italia per aver definito «vomitevole» la politica dell’immigrazione dell’allora ministro Matteo Salvini. «Non ho nulla contro l’Italia, forse ho usato una parola sbagliata, è stata una reazione a caldo», aveva poi confidato aRepubblica . Dentro al cerchio magico del Presidente, definito da alcuni come un «baby Macron» per la sua spettacolare ascesa, Attal è stato anche portavoce del governo, in cui ha dimostrato la sua abilità comunicativa. Dopo due mandati, Macron non sarà rieleggibile nel 2027 e la sua sfida è evitare che Le Pen, sconfitta al ballottaggio nelle ultime due elezioni presidenziali, lo sostituisca all’Eliseo fra tre anni. L’arrivo di un giovane premier che brilla già molto di luce propria sarebbe un cambio di passo rispetto agli ultimi capi del governo, spesso scelti anche per non fare ombra al Presidente. L’unico che si è smarcato, Edouard Philippe, è poi entrato in rotta con Macron, e ora fa l’alleato esterno della maggioranza, preparando la sfida del 2027. La nomina di Attal potrebbe avere a cascata molte conseguenze politiche. Non si esclude un’uscita di Bruno Le Maire, al dicastero dell’Economia da più di sei anni, e che ha avuto Attal come suo sottoposto. Altro punto interrogativo riguarda un ministro di primo piano come il responsabile dell’Interno, Gérald Darmanin, per il quale circola l’ipotesi di un trasferimento al Quai d’Orsay. Gabriel Attal, ministro dell’Istruzione uscente, 34 anni, diventa il più giovane primo ministro della Quinta Repubblica, detronizzando Laurent Fabius, nominato a Matignon nel luglio 1984 all’età di 37 anni. È stato un membro attivo del Partito socialista per circa dieci anni, tra il 2006 e il 2016, quando (dal 2012) il presidente della Repubblica era il socialista François Hollande. Attal ha lavorato per l’allora ministra della Sanità Marisol Touraine, al fianco di Benjamin Griveaux (futuro portavoce del governo e candidato sindaco di Parigi, travolto dallo scandalo dei suoi video a sfondo sessuale). Eletto per la prima volta come deputato nelle file macroniste nel 2017, Attal è stato nominato segretario di Stato per i giovani nel 2018 e portavoce del governo due anni dopo. Poi, all’inizio del secondo mandato di Macron, ministro delegato per i Conti pubblici, prima di diventare quest’estate ministro dell’Istruzione. Il 20 dicembre 2023, durante l’intervista nel programma «C à vous» su France 5, Emmanuel Macron ha lodato «l’energia e il coraggio di Gabriel Attal nel combattere le battaglie necessarie», e secondo un sondaggio pubblicato il 4 gennaio dal Figaro, il ministro è il più popolare del governo, con diversi punti di vantaggio su Bruno Le Maire (Finanze). Nominato nel giugno scorso all’Istruzione, il ministro Attal si è subito imposto giocando la carta dell’autorità. La sua prima decisione è stata vietare l’abaya, la tunica islamica, nelle classi. Poi ha preso nuove misure contro il bullismo, raccontando di esserne stato vittima al liceo, e ha proseguito nella sua battaglia di rifondazione della scuola – e di costruzione del suo profilo di possibile nuovo Macron – con annunci che puntano a creare «un elettrochc». Con questo profilo, Attal è stato nominato premier e chiamato a rinnovare l’audacia del macronismo delle origini. Il programma del nuovo governo dovrà rispondere all’esigenza di «riarmo economico e civico» fissata da Macron. Ma al di là di una personalità più marcata, i margini di manovra del nuovo premier non saranno molto superiori rispetto a quelli che erano a disposizione di Elisabeth Borne. Come lei, non avrà a disposizione una maggioranza assoluta in Parlamento e come lei sarà costretto a ricorrere al contestato articolo 49.3 per far passare la legge finanziaria e gli altri provvedimenti chiave. Attal sarà la personalità perfetta per guidare l’azione dei macronisti in vista delle elezioni europee di giugno, capace di affrontare l’altro giovane mediaticamente molto brillante, Jordan Bardella, capolista del Rassemblement national.
